What does online delivery/no shipping mean?

I ordered powdered peanut butter(yummy and low fat) online and it never came. The only shipping option only said "online delivery/no shipping" what does that mean? My account was debited for the product, and unless willy wonka runs this place, I don't think online delivery is possible, lol. Any ideas? Bell plantation is the company.
