My friend kicked a rock at me. will i be ok?

you see i day or soo ago myfriend kicked a big rock at me and hit my upper thigh really hard....the next day the spot started to turn blue!!!! im really worried about it. im scared im gunna turn into a blueberry like that girl in willy wonka. will i be ok? :S
